FORECLOSURE.COM Review
Investing in real estate, especially foreclosures, can be risky business if one is ill prepared. Being the founder and owner of landlorddocuments.com, I am continually looking for ways to improve the web site, most notably the services we provide. While searching the internet for good foreclosure web sites, I’ve found some that are horrible, some that are par, and one that is excellent. So excellent, that I thought I would write a review about it, place it on my web site, and let you decide whether you agree.
This review represents my opinion and is in no way directly linked or endorsed by foreclosure.com. Although this web site (landlorddocuments.com) is an affiliate of foreclosure.com, it in no way has or will make money from the writing of this review. landlorddocuments.com is also an affiliate of several other notable and respectable real estate companies, but you won't see a review of them on our web site. This review is to help you out, not us.
Facts
-
Foreclosure.com is America's largest provider of distressed properties, with over 1.2 million properties in the United States.
-
Foreclosure.com provides distressed-property advice to many of the best-known companies in the world, including CNBC, CNN, AP (Associated Press), and The Wall Street Journal.
-
Foreclosure.com gets their property leads from foreclosing lenders, government agencies, corporate sellers and more.
On top of the above facts, foreclosure.com walks the user through the process of buying their first foreclosure, provides myriad helpful links, educates the user about state-specific laws pertaining to purchasing distressed properties, provides many educated articles (just like our site), has an extremely user-friendly interface, a detailed biography of ALL their staff members (I have spoken to a few of them, and they are unbelievably courteous and responsive), daily email alerts displaying new properties for sale, and have been online since 1999! Not even landlorddocuments.com can boast about that achievement.
Oh, one thing I forgot to mention, they provide a FREE 7-Day Trial. That means if you don't like their service, you don't pay for it; period! If you do wish to continue service after the free 7-day trial, it is $9.95 per week. If you are currently looking for foreclosures, the $9.95 per week is well worth the opportunity of getting a jump on your competition and leads on several properties.
In short, foreclosure.com isn't a fly-by-night web site that offers shabby services. They are a full-service web site that excels at helping connect real estate investors with distressed properties. If you don't believe me; investigate it for yourself. Just click the link below to experience the excellence that I have described above.
